Condiciones de uso
Estas condiciones regulan el uso de la app y la compra de PRO. Al usar la app o comprar PRO, las aceptas. La app la ofrece Quantum Quacks (contacto: luis@quantumquacks.com).
Uso sin PRO y qué incluye PRO
Puedes usar la app sin pagar, con límites: un número de preguntas de práctica al día, simulacros cada cierto tiempo y un tema nuevo del temario cada día que abres la app. La app te muestra en cada momento lo que tienes disponible.
PRO quita esos límites e incluye:
- preguntas de práctica sin límite diario;
- simulacros de examen ilimitados;
- práctica inteligente, repaso pendiente, puntos débiles y modo sin fin;
- todo el temario desde el primer día;
- el buscador completo, con respuestas y explicaciones;
- el detalle de tu dominio del temario en las estadísticas.
Sin PRO siempre tienes las explicaciones, los trucos y la base legal de las preguntas que haces, así como tus resultados, tu historial y tus preguntas guardadas. Lo que ya has desbloqueado sin pagar no se vuelve a bloquear.
Compras a través de Google Play
- PRO se compra dentro de la app con tu cuenta de Google Play. Google cobra el pago, y también se aplican las Condiciones de Servicio de Google Play.
- El precio y las condiciones se muestran en la app y en la pantalla de pago de Google Play antes de que confirmes la compra. Los precios incluyen los impuestos aplicables.
- Pago único: PRO se compra una sola vez y no tiene fecha de fin, renovaciones ni cobros posteriores. No es una suscripción.
- Oferta de bienvenida: durante un tiempo limitado después de instalar la app, PRO puede ofrecerse a un precio reducido. La app te indica el precio y hasta cuándo está disponible; después se aplica el precio normal. Es el mismo PRO, con las mismas condiciones.
- Restaurar compras: si cambias de móvil o reinstalas la app, usa «Restaurar compras» con la misma cuenta de Google para recuperar PRO.
Reembolsos y derecho de desistimiento
- Los reembolsos se rigen por la política de reembolsos de Google Play y se solicitan a Google. Si tienes un problema con una compra, escríbenos y te ayudaremos.
- PRO es contenido digital que se activa de inmediato. Según las Condiciones de Servicio de Google Play, al confirmar la compra aceptas que se te suministre en ese momento y reconoces que por ello pierdes el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días. Google te lo indica en su pantalla de pago.
- Esto no limita los derechos que te reconoce la ley como consumidor, por ejemplo si PRO no funciona como se describe.
El contenido
- Las preguntas, las explicaciones y el temario son material de estudio para practicar el examen teórico específico de moto (A1 y A2). Todo el contenido va dentro de la app y funciona sin conexión; solo comprar o restaurar PRO necesita que la app de Google Play tenga conexión.
- El contenido se ofrece «tal cual». Intentamos que sea correcto y esté al día, pero puede contener errores o no reflejar el último cambio normativo. Consulta siempre las fuentes oficiales: https://www.dgt.es y https://sede.dgt.gob.es.
- La app no garantiza que apruebes el examen. El resultado depende de tu preparación y del examen que te toque.
- La app es independiente: no está afiliada ni representa a la Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT).
- La app y su contenido son para tu uso personal. No está permitido copiarlos, distribuirlos ni revenderlos.
Disponibilidad y cambios
- Podemos actualizar la app y su contenido, por ejemplo para corregir errores o adaptarlo a cambios normativos.
- Si Google Play no está disponible, puede que durante un tiempo no puedas comprar ni restaurar PRO. Si ya lo tenías, la app lo recuerda sin conexión.
- Si estas condiciones cambian, publicaremos la nueva versión con su fecha en esta página. Los cambios no afectan a lo que ya hayas comprado.

Cómo tratamos los datos se explica en la política de privacidad, también disponible dentro de la app.
Ley aplicable y contacto
Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te reconozca la normativa de consumo de tu país de residencia. Para cualquier duda o reclamación, escríbenos a luis@quantumquacks.com.
Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the app and the purchase of PRO. By using the app or buying PRO, you accept them. The app is offered by Quantum Quacks (contact: luis@quantumquacks.com). The app and its content are in Spanish; the Spanish version of these terms prevails.
Use without PRO and what PRO includes
You can use the app without paying, with limits: a number of practice questions per day, mock exams every so often and a new theory topic on each day you open the app. The app always shows you what is available to you.
PRO removes those limits and includes:
- practice questions with no daily limit;
- unlimited mock exams;
- smart practice, due review, weak spots and endless mode;
- the whole syllabus from day one;
- full search, with answers and explanations;
- the detailed mastery breakdown in the statistics.
Without PRO you always keep the explanations, memory tips and legal basis of the questions you answer, as well as your results, your history and your saved questions. Whatever you have already unlocked without paying is never locked again.
Purchases through Google Play
- PRO is bought inside the app with your Google Play account. Google charges the payment, and the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
- The price and conditions are shown in the app and on the Google Play checkout screen before you confirm the purchase. Prices include applicable taxes.
- One-time payment: PRO is bought once and has no end date, no renewals and no further charges. It is not a subscription.
- Welcome offer: for a limited time after you install the app, PRO may be offered at a reduced price. The app tells you the price and until when it is available; afterwards the regular price applies. It is the same PRO, under the same conditions.
- Restore purchases: if you change phones or reinstall the app, use "Restaurar compras" (Restore purchases) with the same Google account to get PRO back.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
- Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and are requested from Google. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to us and we will help.
- PRO is digital content that is activated immediately. Under the Google Play Terms of Service, when you confirm the purchase you agree to receive it right away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Google tells you this on its checkout screen.
- This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, for example if PRO does not work as described.
The content
- The questions, explanations and theory are study material for practising Spain's motorcycle-specific theory test (A1 and A2). All content is bundled in the app and works offline; only buying or restoring PRO needs the Google Play app to be online.
- The content is provided "as is". We try to keep it correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or not reflect the latest rule change. Always check the official sources: https://www.dgt.es and https://sede.dgt.gob.es.
- The app does not guarantee that you will pass the test. The result depends on your preparation and on the test you get.
- The app is independent: it is not affiliated with and does not represent the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT), Spain's traffic authority.
- The app and its content are for your personal use. Copying, distributing or reselling them is not allowed.
Availability and changes
- We may update the app and its content, for example to fix errors or to follow rule changes.
- If Google Play is unavailable, you may temporarily be unable to buy or restore PRO. If you already had it, the app remembers it offline.
- If these terms change, we will publish the new version with its date on this page. Changes do not affect what you have already bought.

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy, which is also available inside the app.
Governing law and contact
